Shiloh sat in a valley shelter for 6 weeks, unclaimed and unadopted. They called him Shy-lo because of his insecurity. He actually loves people and welcomes affection and gentle attention. He is uncertain on a leash- but he just has no good experience to draw from. He is now in foster care and beginning to blossom into the confident boy that will become someone's loyal companion. He is fine with other dogs.
