Ernie was adopted from CVRR 5 years ago and now his person is no longer able to care for him due to her health. He has been living a very sedentary lifestyle leading to obesity; he is nearly double his healthy weight. Ernie has a great temperament but will need a serious weight loss/exercise program. Recycled Rescues are previously adopted dogs who, through no fault of their own, need a chance to start over in a new home. Recycled dogs come with significant advantages; many are well socialized and have good house manners.
