This precious dude is Saunders! A Good Samaritan witnessed him being dumped but was able to get him to come to him. He had an injured paw and was heavily infested with fleas. After having surgery to remove his lef and receiving a flea treatment, Saunders is ready to find a home that wants him. Despite his ordeal, he’s incredibly friendly and well-socialized. Saunder is quite the character. He’s very laid back and enjoys lounging about but doesn’t mind a good zoomy session when he’s up to it. He gives the appearance of a cat that doesn’t care for human contact or affection, but he absolutely does and will lay by you for comfort. Saunders especially loves chin scratches. He has no trouble letting you know he wants more affection, but he won't hesitate to walk away either and get some space when needed. He also likes to think he’s very sneaky and will sometimes try to hide behind random objects and watch you from the shadows. Who is ready to give Saunders a chance at love?
