I am feisty Frankie and no - not named after Frank Sinatra - I can't sing a lick. But I am very playful and I promise I'll make you laugh with all my funny antics.  My foster mom laughs and tells me what a funny character I am.  I'm looking for my forever home, kids and dogs O.K.   I'm very friendly with everyone and very dog social.
