Bitsy is sporting her new Fourth of July dress.

"Bitsy is the perfect dog, I can't believe she hasn't been adopted," says her foster family.  Unfortunately, that happens sometimes when a dog is not as fancy looking as the next one.  She is a young chihuahua mix with a wonderful temperament, she is gentle and affectionate, has good house manners, uses a pet door, and even swims with the family in the pool!  Bitsy loves people, young and old, and is good with dogs and cats!
